Why an office with e‑EFKA certification
Our law office is certified to handle pension award procedures and has access to the information and data kept in the electronic and paper records of e‑EFKA that concern the insured person. As part of this certification, it undertakes the review and use of insurance data, the issuance of the required certificates and, where this is provided for by the applicable procedure, the issuance of a pension decision. Where required, the necessary data is also entered into the e‑EFKA electronic system.
