Contract disputes and claims
When a contract is not honored as agreed, we review its terms and assess which claims you can make, based on the documents and information you give us. We first seek an out-of-court solution, where this is possible, so that you can avoid lengthy court proceedings.
If no agreement is reached, we take the matter to court, with the aim of resolving your dispute and claiming what you are entitled to under the contract or the underlying obligation. We represent you at every stage of the trial, from the filing of the lawsuit to the issuance of the judgment, without you having to attend every hearing.

Tort claims, car accidents and damages
